Ferrari was unable to join the manufacturers` meeting that took place in December, RacingNews365 claims.


The deadline for motor mechanic applications for 2026 has been extended until the end of November. Ferrari did not register on time, unlike Audi, Alpine, Honda, Mercedes and Red Bull. The Italians were unhappy that Red Bull would receive the status of a new manufacturer, despite the experience gained through cooperation with Honda. Red Bull believes that Honda`s intellectual property was not used and has already been returned to the Japanese firm.


The publication suggests that Ferrari was not allowed to attend the meeting, which took place on December 15. Subsequently, the Italian company nevertheless submitted an application for 2026, but there is no official confirmation of this information yet.
